Tower of the Magisterial Cathedral

For centuries, the Torre de la Santa e Insigne Iglesia Catedral-Magistral de Alcalá de Henares (Tower of the Magistral Cathedral) has been a point of reference for travelers and pilgrims, marking the place of the martyrdom of the Santos Niños Justo and Pastor, and sounding the bells to announce the most important events of the city. The tower, the highest point of the Burgo de Santiuste, also offers a spectacular panoramic view of the historic center and the region, and an interesting interior, in which the first flight of spiral stairs by Rodrigo Gil de Hontañón stands out.
