El Val Hostel***

Hostal El Val is located in the city of Alcalá de Henares, 30 kilometers east of Madrid. It’s located at 4 and 6 Zaragoza Street, just 15 minutes walk from the famous Plaza Cervantes (Cervantes Square) and the historic center, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Across the street from the hostel is El Val Shopping Center, which offers a variety of services such as a supermarket, bars, restaurants, gym, parking and various shops. Alcalá de Henares, with its rich history as an ancient Roman and Arabic city, is home to one of the oldest universities in Spain and one of only two Magistrales universities in the world. It is the birthplace of illustrious figures such as Miguel de Cervantes and Manuel Azaña. It has recently been awarded the UNESCO World Heritage designation.
